Hydraulic press manufacturers have very strict standards for finished product testing to ensure that the performance, quality, and safety of hydraulic presses meet design requirements and relevant standards. The following are some key requirements for finished product testing standards:

1、 Appearance inspection
Integrity: Check whether the appearance of the hydraulic press is complete, without obvious defects and flaws such as cracks, deformations, rust, etc.
Cleanliness: The outer surface of the hydraulic press should be clean and free of oil stains, dust, and other impurities for subsequent inspection and maintenance.
2、 Accuracy testing
Geometric accuracy: Detect the geometric accuracy of the hydraulic press, including the flatness of the worktable, the flatness of the lower plane of the slider, the perpendicularity of the slider motion trajectory to the worktable, etc., to ensure that the machining accuracy meets the requirements.
Position accuracy: Check the position accuracy of the hydraulic press, such as the position accuracy of the slider, the position accuracy of the worktable, etc., to ensure the position accuracy of the workpiece.
Repetitive positioning accuracy: Perform repetitive positioning accuracy testing on the hydraulic press to verify its position consistency after multiple runs.
3、 Performance testing
Output force detection: Using force sensors and data acquisition systems, apply different loads to the hydraulic press, measure its output force value to ensure that the maximum output force meets the design requirements.
Travel detection: By installing displacement sensors on the hydraulic press slider, record the stroke changes of the slider to ensure that the stroke meets the regulations.
Speed detection: Using speed sensors or laser velocimeters, measure the movement speed of the hydraulic press slider, including no-load speed and load speed, to ensure stable speed and meet design requirements.
Pressure detection: Install pressure sensors in key parts of the hydraulic system to monitor system pressure in real-time, ensuring stable working pressure and meeting design requirements.
4、 Security testing
Safety device detection: Check whether the safety devices of the hydraulic press are complete and effective, such as safety valves, limit protection devices, emergency stop buttons, etc., to ensure that they can be quickly stopped in emergency situations and protect the safety of operators and equipment.
Electrical system testing: Testing the electrical system of hydraulic presses, including insulation resistance testing, withstand voltage testing, and protection circuit continuity testing, to ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical system.
5、 Hydraulic system testing
Oil tank temperature detection: Detect the oil temperature inside the oil tank (or the oil temperature at the inlet of the hydraulic pump) to ensure that the oil temperature is within the normal range (usually no more than 60 ℃ and no less than 15 ℃), in order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
Leak detection: Detecting leaks in hydraulic systems, including pipelines, joints, seals, etc., to ensure that the system has no leaks or leaks within the standard range under working pressure.
Cleanliness testing: Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, usually expressed as the concentration of pollutants with particle sizes greater than 5 μ m and greater than 15 μ m per unit volume of oil, to ensure that the cleanliness meets the requirements and reduce friction, wear, and leakage.
Pressure resistance test: Conduct a pressure resistance test on self-made hydraulic cylinder pressure vessels, with a holding time of no less than 10 minutes, to ensure no leakage, permanent deformation, or damage.
6、 Air freight and load operation detection
Air run test: Conduct an air run test on the hydraulic press to check if all functions are normal, including starting, stopping, and running, and observe if the hydraulic press is stable and reliable. The duration of continuous air transportation test is generally not less than 4 hours.
Load operation testing: After passing the air load operation test, a load operation test is conducted to test the performance of the hydraulic press under load, including nominal pressure, required power, bearing temperature changes, noise, etc.
7、 Other tests
Noise detection: Use a sound level meter to measure the noise level at the hydraulic press work site to ensure that the noise level meets environmental requirements.
Oil temperature detection: The temperature sensor installed in the hydraulic oil tank monitors changes in oil temperature to ensure that the oil temperature is within the normal range.
Energy consumption testing: Measure the unit energy consumption of hydraulic presses to evaluate their energy efficiency performance.

In summary, the standard requirements for finished product inspection by hydraulic press manufacturers cover multiple aspects such as appearance inspection, accuracy inspection, performance inspection, safety inspection, hydraulic system inspection, air and load operation inspection, and other inspections. These standard requirements aim to ensure that the performance, quality, and safety of hydraulic presses meet design requirements and relevant standards, providing customers with high-quality products and services.
