The standard requirements for structural design are very strict to ensure the performance, stability, and safety of hydraulic presses. Key structural design standards require:

1、 Overall design principles
Meeting process requirements: The structural design of the hydraulic press should first meet its predetermined process requirements, including pressing force, stroke, speed, etc., to ensure that the required processing tasks can be completed.
Strength and stiffness: The structure should have sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand working loads and maintain stable motion. This is usually achieved through the use of high-strength materials, optimization of structural layout, and addition of reinforcing bars.
Economy and manufacturability: Design should consider manufacturing costs and manufacturability, adopt reasonable processes and standardized components to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
2、 Rack design
Rack type: Select the appropriate rack type based on the usage scenario and load requirements of the hydraulic press, such as C-type, H-type, four column or beam column combination.
Material selection: The frame should be welded from high-strength and high-quality steel plates to ensure sufficient rigidity and stability. For large or heavy hydraulic presses, thicker steel plates or additional reinforcing ribs may be required.
Structural optimization: Optimize the frame structure through finite element analysis and other methods to reduce stress concentration and improve overall strength. At the same time, it should be ensured that the deformation of the frame is within the allowable range to avoid affecting the accuracy and performance of the hydraulic press.
3、 Key component design
Hydraulic pump and motor: Select the appropriate hydraulic pump and motor based on the working pressure and flow requirements of the hydraulic press. Hydraulic pumps should have good wear resistance and sealing to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
Hydraulic cylinder: The structural form of the hydraulic cylinder should be determined according to the working requirements of the hydraulic press, such as single acting cylinder, double acting cylinder, or multi-stage cylinder. At the same time, the main dimensional parameters of the hydraulic cylinder, such as cylinder diameter, stroke, wall thickness, etc., should be determined, and strength, stiffness, and stability checks should be carried out.
Control valve group: Select the appropriate type of control valve based on the working process and action requirements of the hydraulic press, such as directional control valve, pressure control valve, or flow control valve. The layout and connection method of the control valve group should ensure easy installation, simple maintenance, and easy debugging.
4、 Auxiliary devices and supporting facilities
Fuel tank capacity: The effective capacity of the fuel tank should be reasonably calculated based on parameters such as power, working pressure, and flow rate of the hydraulic press to ensure stable operation of the hydraulic system.
Cooling method: Suitable cooling methods should be selected for the heat generated during the operation of hydraulic presses, such as natural cooling, forced air cooling, or water cooling. The specific selection needs to be comprehensively considered based on factors such as the working environment, heat dissipation requirements, and cost of the hydraulic press.
Pipeline layout: Hydraulic pipelines should be arranged reasonably to avoid interference with machine moving parts and prevent the generation of vibration and noise. For high-pressure pipelines, specialized joints and seals should be used to ensure reliable sealing performance.
5、 Safety protection device
Safety valve: A safety valve should be installed to prevent excessive system pressure and protect the safety of the hydraulic press and operators.
Limit protection device: A limit protection device should be installed on the moving parts of the hydraulic press to prevent damage or accidents caused by moving parts exceeding the allowable range.
Emergency stop button: An emergency stop button should be installed on the control panel to quickly stop the machine in case of an emergency.
6、 Control system design
Automation level: The control system of the hydraulic press should adopt advanced control components such as PLC and touch screen to achieve automation and intelligent control, reducing operational difficulty and labor intensity.
Sensor configuration: Pressure, displacement, temperature and other sensors should be installed to monitor the working status of the hydraulic press in real time and ensure safe operation of the equipment.
Electrical system layout: The layout and wiring of electrical components should be planned reasonably to improve the reliability and maintainability of the control system.
